I am personally against Greyhound racing. I believe Greyhounds should run for the enjoyment of running,and not used for profit.
I do not claim to know all there is about this breed so feel free to correct me if I'm ever wrong about anything. I also don't take credit for the photos. But I do give the credit to those I found them from.

Don’t forget to take your hound to your local veterinarian for a heartworm test and get a few months supply of heartworm preventative. Mosquitoes are out and they’re pumped full of heartworm larvae to spread around to your hounds. Preventing is much cheaper than treating heartworm disease, so don’t put it off! I like Advantage Multi, Sentinel, Interceptor, Heart Guard, and Trifexis. Most of these also prevent fleas and intestinal parasites too :) Ask your veterinarian if they price match online competitors like 1800 Pet Meds (They usually will).

My first tattoo! I can’t believe I actually did it. I’ve wanted to do this for years and I finally pulled the trigger yesterday. :D
Ever since I learned about it, I’ve had a mild obsession with the greyhound’s double suspension gallop. Twice in one stride they are completely suspended in air. I took a photo of Dazzle in a front flight phase (left) and Echo in a rear flight phase (right) and used them for the basis of the tattoo.
I was rather picky about the design, and the artist was very patient with me. She used dark brown ink. It hurt, but it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting it to be. We were done in about half an hour.
Echo died back in January. It feels like I have her back again. :)
